About The Artwork

Inspired by Everhart’s life in French Polynesia, The Symphony Croissant grew from his morning ritual of indulging in Tahitian croissants. After breakfast, he would kayak to small islands filled with palm trees, where the wind through the fronds created the enchanting “symphony” that inspired the work.
